Physical Therapist Casey Murphy, DPT will educate you about your deep core muscles, posture, breathing and how all three are linked together and may be the cause of your dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, back, hip, or pelvic pain and diastasis (abdominal separation)). We will also teach you how they should be functioning and why it’s important to address them if they are not.
