Salad In A Jar

Spring is here which means it's SALAD TIME!! We want to help you eat healthy all week long! Whether it's a salad for your meal or snacks for the day! Each jar is one healthy, easy meal or snack to count on during a busy work week.

Here's How It Works:

We all pitch in to make this meal prep super simple. Just bring 5-6 mason jars or containers and two ingredients from the picture below. That's it and you'll take way beautiful salads for your week's lunch.

Core & Pelvic Floor Basics

Have you been told to do Kegels in the past? Does your body feel like it never fully healed after pregnancy or an abdominal or back surgery? Do you suffer from low back, hip, or pelvic pain and aren’t getting much relief? Fearful of starting a new exercise program because of bladder or other pelvic issue? Have you ever had a baby?

Yes? Then this is for you!

Physical Therapist Casey Murphy, DPT will educate you about your deep core muscles, posture, breathing and how all three are linked together and may be the cause of your dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, back, hip, or pelvic pain and diastasis (abdominal separation)). We will also teach you how they should be functioning and why it’s important to address them if they are not.

You will learn:
-How to engage your core properly as well as learn a few simple exercises.
-If you have an abdominal separation (free screen) and what to do about it.
-Common myths about the pelvic floor.
-How to minimize leakage during daily activities as well as how to start "healing" your diastasis!
-How to be more confident in your body
